About T's Café Restaurant

T's Café Restaurant sits on Olrig Street in the middle of Thurso, a few minutes from the harbour on Scotland's north coast. We're a small, family-run place: a café by day and a restaurant by evening, with a menu that reflects both sides of the family kitchen.

One half of that kitchen is local — full Scottish breakfasts, hot filled rolls, haddock fish and chips, burgers and stone-baked pizza. The other half comes from Sri Lanka, where our curries, kottu, devil dishes and Ceylon rolls are prepared the traditional way with freshly ground spices, curry leaves and coconut milk.

Everything is cooked to order. Heat levels are up to you — mild, medium or hot — and we keep a good range of vegetarian and vegan-friendly dishes on the menu. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please tell us when you order and we'll do our best to help.

Whether you're stopping in for a coffee and a bacon roll, feeding the family after school, or sitting down to a black pork curry in the evening, you're very welcome here.
